During the period, the company's hotel management business revenue grew by 51.9% year-on-year to RMB 1.57 billion; revenue from leased hotels fell by 8% to RMB 118 million. Retail business revenue surged by 54.4% year-on-year to RMB 1.07 billion, primarily selling room products such as pillows and tea. The company's net profit for the first quarter increased by 90% year-on-year to RMB 463 million, higher than last year's RMB 244 million. Adjusted net profit, excluding certain non-cash items, grew by 42% year-on-year to RMB 490 million, compared to RMB 345 million in the same period last year.
