# Wayfair Prices $400 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering

04:59 AM EDT, 05/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wayfair ( W ) said Wednesday its Wayfair LLC unit priced a private placement of $400 million in 7.125% senior secured notes due 2034.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used to repay a portion of the company's debt, as well as for general corporate purposes.

The offering is set to close Monday.
