# ETH Long Position Faces Liquidation Risk Amid Recent Trades

On May 14, recent monitoring by Hyperinsight revealed that Huang Licheng, known as 'Machi,' has increased his ETH long position by approximately 550 ETH over the past two hours. According to BlockBeats On-chain Detection, this move has raised the average entry price and shifted the liquidation price to $2,220. The current ETH price is just $47 away from this liquidation threshold, making the $20.4 million long position the closest to liquidation among million-dollar ETH longs on the Hyperliquid platform. Since March 26, when 'Machi' last disclosed his entire funds, he has deposited a total of $1.195 million into the platform. As of the time of writing, the actual funds in the account are approximately $850,000. Despite frequent trading activities over the past month and a half, these efforts have resulted in a net loss of about $345,000 rather than profits. Currently, the address holds an ETH long position valued at $20.4 million and a BTC long position worth $4 million, with a combined unrealized loss of approximately $500,000.
