Sanai Health Industry Group Company Limited ( (HK:1889) ) has provided an update.

Sanai Health Industry Group has received a final civil judgment from the High People’s Court of Beijing in a long-running finance lease dispute linked to its subsidiary Fujian Sanai. The court affirmed that Fujian Sanai owes the plaintiff a total of about RMB120 million in principal, interest, default charges, legal and insurance fees, and ruled that the company and two individuals are jointly liable, with the right to claim against Fujian Sanai in its winding-up.

The company stated that the litigation will reduce its cash and cash equivalents and net assets, although it currently has sufficient cash to settle the amount. Management is assessing the impact on its 2026 consolidated financial statements and plans to pursue compensation from other defendants and take remedial measures, while confirming there are no other major undisclosed litigations or arbitrations.
