Nam Tai Property reported unaudited first-quarter 2026 results on May 14, showing revenue for the quarter ended March 31 declined 11.9% year on year to $6.9 million, while gross profit fell 51.5% to $1.4 million. The company’s net loss from operations widened 81.7% to $2.7 million and consolidated net loss increased 21.1% to $6.3 million, translating into a basic and diluted loss per share of $0.10 versus $0.09 a year earlier.

As of March 31, 2026, Nam Tai’s total assets stood at $452.7 million, broadly flat versus a year earlier, but cash and cash equivalents dropped to $31.7 million from $43.5 million at year-end 2025, while short-term investments also declined sharply.
