Colour Life Services Group Co ( (HK:1778) ) has issued an update.

Colour Life Services Group Co., Limited has convened its annual general meeting for 16 June 2026 in Shenzhen, where shareholders will review the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the accompanying directors’ and auditor’s reports. The meeting will also consider director re-elections, including one executive, two non-executive and two independent non-executive directors, and will authorise the board to set directors’ remuneration.

Shareholders are further asked to approve the re-appointment of Prism Hong Kong Limited as the company’s auditor and to grant the board a general mandate to repurchase up to 10% of the company’s issued shares, excluding treasury shares, on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange or other recognised exchanges. These resolutions, if passed, will refresh the company’s governance structure and provide management with flexibility over capital management and shareholder returns through potential share buy-backs.
