# EVERGREEN PG appoints Jiang Xuxi and Zheng Wende as independent non-executive directors

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Xunxiu Industrial (01962) announced that Mr. Sin Hon-tat has resigned as the company's independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the audit committee and a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee. Mr. Siu Tsu-yung has resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the audit committee and nomination committee. Mr. Jiang Xuxi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and the chairman of the audit committee as well as a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee. Mr. Zheng Wende has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and the chairman of the remuneration committee as well as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee. The above changes will take effect from May 15, 2026
