#### Cash Flows from Investing Activities

Net cash used in investing activities was -$84,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2026, compared to nil for the same period in 2025, primarily due to an $84,000 increase in software costs.

#### Cash Flows from Financing Activities

Net cash provided by financing activities was $23,400 for the three months ended March 31, 2026, compared to nil for the same period in 2025. This change was due to an increase in financing raised from the issuance of convertible notes payable with common stock, totaling $25,000, offset by a payment of deferred offering costs of approximately -$2,000.
