# SILVER GRANT: Liang Qing resigns as independent non-executive director

According to a report from Zhitong Finance APP, SILVER GRANT (00171) announced that Mr. Liang Qing has resigned as the company's independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, effective May 15, 2026, due to the need to devote more time to other personal matters
