# Morgan Stanley Reaffirms Their Hold Rating on Essex Property (ESS)

In a report released today, Adam Kramer from Morgan Stanley maintained a Hold rating on Essex Property, with a price target of $293.00.

According to TipRanks, Kramer is an analyst with an average return of \-2.8% and a 33.33% success rate. Kramer covers the Real Estate sector, focusing on stocks such as AvalonBay, Mid-America Apartment, and Camden Property.

In addition to Morgan Stanley, Essex Property also received a Hold from UBS’s Michael Goldsmith in a report issued yesterday. However, on the same day, Scotiabank maintained a Buy rating on Essex Property (NYSE: ESS).
