Pa Shun International Holdings Limited has called an extraordinary general meeting in Chengdu on 26 June 2026 to seek shareholder approval for a sweeping overhaul of its board. The proposals include removing multiple executive, non-executive and independent non-executive directors and capping the overall size of the board.

Shareholders will also vote on appointing new non-executive and independent non-executive directors, including Zhou Jianqiao, Yeung Ching Ching and Lee Yin Sing.
