The agreement brings ASML's lithography expertise into Tata Electronics' planned 300 millimeter, or 12 inch, semiconductor foundry in Gujarat, a project that could become a central part of India's goal to stand closer to major chipmaking producers by 2032. For ASML, the move opens the door to another potential growth market beyond South Korea, Taiwan and China, which remain among its biggest markets. The company already sits at the center of the global semiconductor supply chain, with top customers including Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. and Samsung Electronics, and it recently raised its annual sales guidance as chipmakers expand production to meet demand from big tech companies building out artificial intelligence computing capacity. Tata Electronics is investing $11 billion to build India's first 300 mm commercial fab in Dholera, Gujarat, with the facility set to make semiconductors for automotive, mobile device and AI applications. The two companies will also work together on talent training, supply-chain development, and research and development infrastructure, giving investors another sign that India's chip strategy could be shifting from policy ambition toward a more serious manufacturing push. ### Related Stocks - [ASML.US](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/ASML.US.md) - [ASMG.US](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/ASMG.US.md) - [TSM.US](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/TSM.US.md) - [SSNGY.US](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/SSNGY.US.md) - [SMSN.UK](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/SMSN.UK.md) ## Related News & Research - [Profund Advisors LLC Has $8.56 Million Holdings in ASML Holding N.V. $ASML](https://longbridge.com/en/news/286893800.md) - [If You Invested $100 In ASML Holding Stock 15 Years Ago, You Would Have This Much Today](https://longbridge.com/en/news/286435603.md) - [ASML Holding NV (0QB8) Receives a Buy from J.P.
