# Duke Robotics Corp. Announces Closing of $9.2 Million Underwritten Public Offering and Uplisting to NASDAQ

Duke Robotics Corp., a pioneer in advanced robotics and drone solutions for civilian and defense sectors, disclosed the completion of its recent underwritten public offering of 1,125,000 units at a price of $8.20 per Unit. Each Unit contains a share of common stock valued at $0.0001 per share and one warrant to buy a share of common stock at $8.60 per share within five years. The common stock and warrants from the Units can be traded separately on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols “DUKR” and “DUKRW” since May 15, 2026.
