An Ohio man has been sentenced to nine years in prison for orchestrating a cryptocurrency investment fraud scheme valued at approximately $10 million. According to NS3.AI, the U.S. Department of Justice revealed that the individual promised substantial returns to investors and operated a Ponzi scheme by using funds from newer investors to pay off earlier ones.
