# Olam completes $492m Mindsprint sale to Wipro

**It intends to distribute net proceeds to shareholders progressively through special dividends.**

Olam Group has completed the sale of its entire stake in Mindsprint to Wipro for a final cash consideration of $492m (US$386m).

The completion follows the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of other closing conditions.

The group intends to progressively distribute net proceeds to shareholders through special dividends, after accounting for its operational and financing needs.
