Wisdom Wealth Resources Investment Holding Group Limited ( (HK:0007) ) has issued an update.

Wisdom Wealth Resources Investment Holding Group Limited has convened its annual general meeting for 11 June 2026 in Shenzhen, where shareholders will review the audited consolidated financial statements for the financial years ended 31 December 2023 and 31 December 2024. The meeting will also consider re-electing several executive, non-executive and independent non-executive directors, with the board to be authorised to determine directors’ remuneration.

Shareholders will vote on appointing CCTH CPA Limited as the new auditor, replacing ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Limited, with the board empowered to set audit fees. The agenda further includes an ordinary resolution to grant the directors a general mandate to allot, issue and deal with additional shares, including handling treasury shares, reinforcing the board’s flexibility in future capital management and potential financing activities.
