# Nvidia and Micron Are Leading the AI Rally – But One Stock Is Pulling Ahead on Wall Street

Nvidia (NVDA) and Micron Technology (MU) have been among the biggest beneficiaries of the AI boom, driven by strong demand for AI chips and memory products. Nvidia stock has gained 19% year-to-date, driven by rising demand for its AI chips. The company is set to report its Q1 FY27 earnings tomorrow, May 20, with analysts expecting more than 100% year-over-year earnings growth. Meanwhile, MU shares have gained more than 138% year-to-date, marking one of the strongest semiconductor rallies of 2026.
