# Thermon Group Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Sales Rise; Shares Down Pre-Bell

07:10 AM EDT, 05/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Thermon Group ( THR ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.55 per diluted share, down from $0.56 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.55.

Sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $148.3 million, compared with $134.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $135.3 million.

The company is no longer providing financial guidance pending its merger with CECO Environmental ( CECO ) , it said. The deal is expected to close in June, Thermon ( THR ) said.

The company's shares were down 2.2% in premarket activity.
