# XEMC (600416): Discloses the progress of litigation involving the company and its affiliated companies

XEMC (600416) announced on May 20 that recently, Xiangtan Electric Motor Co., Ltd. received legal documents including a "Civil Complaint" and "Summons" mailed by the People's Court of Pudong New District, Shanghai. The company's subsidiary, Shanghai Guomao Manager, has filed a lawsuit against Xiangdian International Trade Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guomao Company") legal representative Yang Qi, the wholly-owned subsidiary Guomao Company, the company's shareholder Xiangdian Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xiangdian Group"), and the company itself, requesting that Yang Qi, Guomao Company, and Xiangdian Group jointly compensate Shanghai Guomao for losses amounting to RMB 40,732,128.28, and requiring the company and Guomao Company to bear joint and several liability for repayment.

Litigation stage of the case: The court has accepted the case but has not yet held a hearing; the status of the listed company as a party: the company, its shareholder Xiangdian Group Co., Ltd., and its wholly-owned subsidiary Xiangdian International Trade Co., Ltd. are defendants. Amount involved in the case: RMB 40,732,128.28.

According to information, XEMC (600416) is primarily engaged in the design, production, and sales of generators, AC and DC motors, special motors, marine propulsion systems, electrical control equipment, and wind turbines
