# AeroVironment Expands AV_Halo Platform With Two Additions

11:43 AM EDT, 05/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AeroVironment ( AVAV ) said Tuesday it has expanded its AV\_Halo unified mission software platform with two additions to enable faster decision-making at the edge.

The firm said AV\_Halo INSTINCT is a next-generation autonomy software framework engineered for multi-platform uncrewed systems, and its AV\_Halo DETECT is a radio frequency sensing and security solution for contested and denied environments.

They can be tailored to specific platforms, sensors, and operational environments, the company said.
