He said he could not provide further details at this time. It is now clear what lies ahead for the two former Syz executives. «We want to build a partnership that promotes long-term thinking and consistently aligns the interests of the team and investors,” says Richard Byworth, co-founder and managing partner, according to a press release. «For our investors, capital stability and sustainable growth are top priorities. Our approach combines systematic strategies in liquid markets with direct entrepreneurial investments», explains Marc Syz, co-founder and managing partner. As its first product, BYZ Partners plans to launch a Bitcoin-denominated investment strategy for institutional investors. Additional products under the «Growth» and «Stability» pillars are currently in development. **Approval is still pending** The company targets professional investors, including single- and multi-family offices, high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and institutional investors.
