The company delivered $1.945 billion in sales, up 32% from the same quarter last year and $120 million above expectations. Adjusted earnings rose 41% to $0.38 per share, beating estimates by $0.07. Growth was broad across the portfolio, with Technical Apparel sales up 33%, Outdoor Performance sales up 42%, and Ball & Racquet Sports sales up 13%, giving investors another signal that Amer's brand momentum could still have room to run. Management also raised its full-year revenue outlook, now expecting growth of 20% to 22%, compared with the prior 16% to 18% range. That translates to expected revenue of $7.88 billion to $8.01 billion, above the $7.74 billion consensus estimate. Profit guidance was lifted as well, with Amer now expecting $1.18 to $1.23 per share, up from the prior $1.10 to $1.15 range, though the midpoint remains in line with estimates. For the current quarter, the company expects profit of $0.08 to $0.10 per share on revenue growth of 22% to 24%, or $1.51 billion to $1.54 billion, ahead of the $1.48 billion estimate. Still, the stock reaction looks more measured than aggressive, with shares up 3% in premarket trading as investors weigh strong top-line momentum against margin pressure in Ball & Racquet Sports and full-year profit guidance that may not fully stretch beyond expectations. Adjusted gross margin rose 200 basis points to 60.0%, while adjusted operating margin expanded 160 basis points to 17.4%. Technical Apparel widened 250 basis points and Outdoor Performance expanded 480 basis points, but Ball & Racquet Sports margin fell 370 basis points, making that segment a possible pressure point to watch as Amer tries to convert stronger demand into broader earnings leverage. ### Related Stocks - [AS.US](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/AS.US.md) ## Related News & Research - [Amer Sports (NYSE:AS) Releases FY 2026 Earnings Guidance](https://longbridge.com/en/news/286901430.md) - [Amer Sports (AS) Projected to Post Earnings on Tuesday](https://longbridge.com/en/news/286078397.md) - [Victory Outdoor Services: Me vs. Big Ray](https://longbridge.com/en/news/286652458.md) - [A cheerful morning from Victory Outdoor Services](https://longbridge.com/en/news/286648853.md) - [Victory Outdoor Services takes on a big job](https://longbridge.com/en/news/286136293.md)
