An announcement from Euronav ( (CMBT) ) is now available.

CMB.TECH reported unaudited results for the quarter ended 31 March 2026, posting a profit of USD 368.8 million, up sharply from USD 40.4 million a year earlier, with EBITDA rising to USD 558.3 million. Revenue more than doubled to USD 519.6 million, driven by strong spot markets, substantial gains on vessel disposals and a modern fleet that benefits from higher fuel prices.

The company’s contract backlog grew to USD 3.26 billion after securing and extending long-term Suezmax charters, and management signalled an intention to distribute USD 0.64 per share. CMB.TECH continued reshaping its fleet with the delivery of seven newbuildings and the sale of older VLCC, Capesize and Suezmax vessels, moves that strengthen the balance sheet and extend exposure to a “Goldilocks” tanker and dry bulk market while locking in earnings through lucrative charters.

The most recent analyst rating on (CMBT) stock is a Buy with a EUR15.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Euronav stock, see the CMBT Stock Forecast page.
