# DIGIT HOLLYWOOD: Termination of the Joint Action Agreement

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research (02022), on May 20, 2026, the company learned that the concerted action persons have signed a termination deed dated May 20, 2026, to terminate the concerted action agreement (the termination). The concerted action persons expect that after the termination, the decision-making process for board meetings and shareholder meetings will be simplified. Immediately prior to the termination, the concerted action persons collectively held 948 million shares, accounting for approximately 47.40% of the company's total issued share capital.

After the termination, the concerted action persons will no longer be bound by the concerted action agreement and the concerted action arrangements under it
