# Viavi Solutions Prices $500 Million Public Offering at $45 a Share

04:58 AM EDT, 05/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Viavi Solutions ( VIAV ) priced its underwritten public offering of about 11.1 million common shares at $45 a share, for a total of approximately $500 million, the company said late Tuesday.

The company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to about 1.7 million additional shares at the offering price.

Viavi expects to close the offering on Thursday and said proceeds will be used to repay its $450 million Term Loan B and for general corporate purposes.

Viavi Solutions ( VIAV ) shares were down more than 4% premarket Wednesday.
