# DIGIT HOLLYWOOD: Termination of the Joint Action Agreement

According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 20th, DIGIT HOLLYWOOD (02022) announced that today, the company learned that the concerted action persons have signed a termination deed dated today to terminate the concerted action agreement. The concerted action persons expect that after the termination, the decision-making process for board meetings and shareholder meetings will be simplified. Prior to the termination, the concerted action persons collectively held approximately 948 million shares, accounting for about 47.4% of the company's total issued share capital. After the termination, the concerted action persons will no longer be bound by the concerted action agreement and the concerted action arrangements under it. (bn)
