# SANAI HEALTH GP: Xie Haijing has been appointed as the authorized representative

According to the announcement from SANAI HEALTH GP (01889), Mr. She Hao has submitted his resignation as Executive Director and Vice President, and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as defined in Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective May 20, 2026, to devote more time to personal affairs.

Executive Director Mr. Xie Haijing has been appointed as the authorized representative, effective May 20, 2026
