According to TipRanks, Gruber is a 5-star analyst with an average return of 16.7% and a 61.96% success rate. Gruber covers the Energy sector, focusing on stocks such as Nabors Industries, Halliburton, and EOG Resources.

In addition to Citi, Occidental Petroleum also received a Hold from DBS’s Suvro Sarkar in a report issued on May 8. However, on May 7, Evercore ISI maintained a Sell rating on Occidental Petroleum (NYSE: OXY).
