# Industrials Up as Energy Inflation Fears Subside — Industrials Roundup

Shares of industrial and transportation companies rose as concerns about energy inflation subsided.

Jeep-maker Stellantis and Chinese partner Dongfeng Group established a new joint venture to manufacture and sell Dongfeng vehicles in selected European markets.

European Union negotiators said they reached a provisional deal to remove some tariffs on U.S. imports as part of the bloc's trade deal signed last summer, ahead of a U.S. deadline to ramp up tariffs on cars.
