Huisheng International Holdings Ltd. ( (HK:1340) ) just unveiled an update.

Huisheng International Holdings plans to consolidate every eight existing shares of HK$0.01 par value into one consolidated share of HK$0.08, which will reduce the number of issued shares from 922,838,000 to 115,354,750 while keeping the authorized capital unchanged at HK$15 million.
