# China Construction Bank Corporation Jiuquan Branch was administratively punished for illegal activities such as "inadequate implementation of the 'three checks' in credit business causing significant losses of credit funds, issuing financial certificates in violation of regulations, and inadequate management of employee behavior."

According to Tongbi Finance, the administrative penalty information disclosure form from the Jiuquan Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervisory Administration, disclosed on May 20, shows that the Jiuquan Branch of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. was administratively penalized by the Jiuquan Financial Regulatory Bureau for illegal activities such as "inadequate implementation of the 'three checks' in credit business leading to significant losses of credit funds, illegally issuing financial tickets, and inadequate management of employee behavior."

Penalty details: A fine of RMB 1.8 million
