Jenscare Scientific reported new twelve-month follow-up data from the EU TRINITY study of its LuX-Valve Plus transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement in large annulus patients, presented at EuroPCR 2026. The global, multi-center trial enrolled 161 high-surgical-risk patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation, most treated with larger valve sizes of 55mm to 70mm.

Results showed strong efficacy, with nearly all large annulus patients having no more than moderate regurgitation at one year and over 90% improving to New York Heart Association class I or II. Quality-of-life gains were reflected in higher Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire scores and longer six-minute walk distances, while safety outcomes, including cardiovascular mortality and major complications, support LuX-Valve Plus as a promising option for this difficult-to-treat population.
