The latest update is out from Daiwa House Logistics Trust ( (SG:DHLU) ).

Daiwa House Logistics Trust held its fourth annual general meeting in Singapore on 24 April 2026, where unitholders received and adopted the audited financial statements for the financial year 2025 and the accompanying reports from the trustee, manager and auditors. Ernst & Young LLP was reappointed as auditor, and unitholders also approved a general mandate authorising the manager to issue new units and convertible securities within prescribed limits, providing the REIT with financial flexibility for potential capital raising and future growth initiatives.

The meeting, chaired by independent director Tan Jeh Wuan and attended by the board, trustee representatives and professionals, was conducted via electronic poll voting, with resolutions generally passing by strong majorities despite a notable minority opposing votes. The approved issuance mandate, which caps total new units at up to 50% of existing units and non–pro rata issues at 20%, strengthens the trust’s ability to respond to market opportunities and manage its capital structure, while the continuity of the external auditor supports ongoing financial oversight and governance confidence for stakeholders.

The most recent analyst rating on (SG:DHLU) stock is a Hold with a S$0.57 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Daiwa House Logistics Trust stock, see the SG:DHLU Stock Forecast page.
