# DHL (300865): Supply chain financing customers overdue in fulfilling guarantee obligations

DHL (300865) announced on May 21 that Chengdu DHL Machinery Co., Ltd. provided a guarantee for its client, Renshou Chuansen Trading Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Renshou Chuansen"), for an application to China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. Dayi Branch (referred to as "CCB Dayi Branch") for the online supply chain "e Sales Pass" financing business, with a total guarantee amount of 17.5 million yuan. The company received a "Notice of Undertaking Guarantee Responsibility" from CCB Dayi Branch on May 20, 2026, stating that Renshou Chuansen failed to fulfill its repayment obligations on time and in full, and CCB Dayi Branch requested the company to assume guarantee responsibilities according to the "Guarantee Contract."

After communication and negotiation with CCB Dayi Branch, the company will fulfill the repayment obligations on behalf of Renshou Chuansen and pay 2,699,998.86 yuan to CCB Dayi Branch. The company will intensify efforts to urge Renshou Chuansen to fulfill its repayment and will make every effort to recover overdue payments. Additionally, it requires Renshou Chuansen's related company, Leibo County Linyuan Food Co., Ltd., to mortgage a basalt mining right located in Leibo County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, to the company. If Renshou Chuansen still cannot fulfill its repayment obligations in the future, the company will repay the remaining principal and interest, which may pose a guarantee compensation risk.

Apart from the above situation, there is one overdue guarantee among the external guarantees provided by the company and its subsidiaries. The company has fulfilled its guarantee obligations by paying a repurchase deposit of 931,587.57 yuan, and it is being sued by Yongying Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. against the guaranteed party.
