The two companies will also open a joint development center in San Jose, California, on Thursday. For Corleo, Kawasaki plans to use Nvidia's simulation technology, while AI will support control systems and environmental recognition. The goal is to make these robots smarter, more aware of their surroundings, and more useful in real-world settings rather than just controlled environments. In addition, the new California center will house industrial robots and be used for demonstrations and development with U.S. companies.
