# Nvidia's Vera Rubin Rack Will Cost $7.8MM, Double A Blackwell Rack: Here's What's Behind The Soaring Price

Once again, Nvidia's earnings were a dud (the stock hasn't delivered an outsized T+1 move on an earnings print since May 22), with the stock closing down almost 2% and near session lows. Yet many of the "picks and shovels" companies that serve the Nvidia ecosystem soared (look no further than memory stocks which soared 6-10% today). That's because an analysis by Morgan Stanley analyst Howard Kao found that memory components inside the upcoming Vera Rubin rack will soar in price, led by a 435% surge in Memory components. But that's just one: while the GPU will see a 57% increase in cost, virtually every other component will rise by the same if not much higher amount.
