# China People's Property Insurance Company Limited Yunfu Branch and related responsible personnel were administratively punished for providing benefits outside the insurance contract terms to the policyholder or insured

According to Tongbi Finance, the administrative penalty information disclosure list from the Yunfu Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervisory Administration, released on May 21, shows that the Yunfu Branch of China People's Property Insurance Company Limited and related responsible personnel were administratively penalized by the Yunfu Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervisory Administration for providing benefits outside of the insurance contract terms to the policyholder or insured.

Penalty details: A fine of 790,000 yuan was imposed on the Yunfu Branch of PICC Property and Casualty. A warning and a total fine of 150,000 yuan were issued to Lü Haiyuan and Deng Zhicong
