# PBOC Issues RMB30 billion Central Bank Bills in Hong Kong

The People's Bank of China (PBOC) announced that it will issue RMB15 billion of three-month RMB central bank bills and RMB15 billion of one-year RMB central bank bills through the Central Moneymarkets Unit of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. The tender will be conducted next Wednesday (27th), with settlement scheduled for next Friday (29th).

Interest for the three-month central bank bills will be paid on August 28 this year, while interest for the one-year central bank bills will be paid once each on November 29 this year and May 29 next year. (jl/u)
