Event organiser Live Nation HK announced on Friday the dates of the boy band’s performances in the city, which was part of the group’s “Arirang” world tour marking their return to the global stage after all seven members recently completed South Korea’s mandatory military service. The band is set to meet members of the “Army”, the nickname for BTS fans, on March 4, 6 and 7 at the 50,000-seat Kai Tak Stadium. The shows will begin at 7.30pm each night. Priced at HK$3,299, the Hong Kong VIP package includes a ticket, access to the pre-show soundcheck, an exclusive gift and a laminate and lanyard. These ticket buyers can also enjoy an exclusive merchandise lane. Other tickets of the all seated show are offered at HK$2,499, HK$1,899, HK$1,499, HK$1,099 and HK$799. There are four rounds of ticket sales, with the Army membership presale scheduled on June 9 at 11am. Fans can register for a membership between May 22 and 27. Trip.com will host ticket presale on June 10 at 10am, while members of Live Nation can buy tickets on the same day at 11am. Public ticket sales will begin on June 11 at 11am. BTS kicked off their world tour on April 9 in Goyang, South Korea. It includes stops at Tokyo in Japan, Las Vegas in the United States, London in the United Kingdom, and Lima in Peru, among dozens of cities. BTS, whose success helped turn K-pop into ‌a global phenomenon, released a new ‌album Arirang in March after putting their group activities on hold in 2022 to complete mandatory military service.
