# Desay SV's shareholder Huichuang Investment plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Desay SV (002920.SZ) announced that its shareholder Huizhou Innovation Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huichuangtou") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 17.88 million shares, not exceeding 3% of the company's current total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement through centralized bidding or block trading
