According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 22, INVESTECH HLDGS (01087) shareholders transferred shares from Huasheng Capital Securities to Hang Seng Bank, with a transfer market value of HKD 11.9395 million, accounting for 8.53%.

Previously, INVESTECH HLDGS announced that on May 13, 2026, the company plans to place a maximum of 39.9776 million placement shares, equivalent to 20% of the company's existing issued share capital as of the date of this announcement; and the company's issued share capital will be approximately 16.67% after the placement and issuance of all placement shares
