All changes will be implemented after the market closes on June 5, 2026, and will officially take effect from June 8. This adjustment involves the Hang Seng Index, Hang Seng Tech Index, Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, Hang Seng Biotechnology Index, and Hang Seng Composite Index, among others. Notably, the Hang Seng Tech Index will include domestic AI large model leaders (MINIMAX and Zhipu), making it the highlight of this quarterly review that has attracted the most market attention. The Hang Seng Index will include J&T Express, Aluminum Corporation of China, and BEONE MEDICINES, increasing the number of constituent stocks to 93.
