# JINHUI stock hits the limit up, Food & Beverage ETF (515170) turns to rise, focus on high dividend and high yield of liquor stocks

On May 25th (Monday), the Shanghai Composite Index surged in early trading, the electronic PCB concept strengthened, and the liquor sector also rebounded from low levels, with JINHUI hitting the daily limit, and the Food and Beverage ETF ChinaAMC (515170.SH) turning positive.

Guohai Securities recently pointed out: the liquor industry is at the bottom of its cycle, which can be seen as yielding better returns than government bonds + implied call options. In the context of overall pressure on the industry, listed liquor companies are actively enhancing shareholder returns by increasing dividend ratios and boosting buybacks. The dividend rates for Kweichow Moutai, Luzhou Laojiao, Gujing Gongjiu, and Shanxi Fenjiu have been raised to 79%, 78%, 66%, and 65%, respectively, while Wuliangye reported a retrospective cash dividend of 20 billion yuan + the group continues to increase its holdings to build a bottom. Currently, the dividend yields of liquor companies including Luzhou Laojiao, Wuliangye, Shanxi Fenjiu, Jinshiyuan, Gujing Gongjiu, and Yingjia Gongjiu have all surpassed 4%.

Investors can access related industry theme ETFs to easily position themselves in leading stocks, focusing on the Food and Beverage ETF ChinaAMC (515170.SH) and the ChinaAMC Food and Beverage ETF Link Fund C (013126.OF), which passively track the CSI Food & Beverage Sub-Industry Theme Index, concentrating on first and second-tier liquor brands (Moutai, Wuliangye, Luzhou Laojiao, and Fenjiu together account for nearly 50%)
