ETC acted as the exclusive marketing agent for landlord Char Yong (Dabu) Association, advising on the property’s positioning, tenant sourcing, and lease negotiations. The tenancy agreement includes an option for a further five-year renewal. The property comprises about 26,889 square feet of gross floor area across two adjoining buildings in the Aljunied-Geylang precinct. 27 Lorong 22 Geylang houses private residential walk-up apartments, whilst 29 Lorong 22 Geylang serves as the premises of Char Yong (Dabu) Association. The Assembly Place plans to introduce about 80 rooms at the site under its flagship AI-powered co-living concept, which will feature intelligent building management and personalised resident services.
