# TSAKER NE plans to strategically place 7.9748 million shares

According to the announcement from Caike New Energy (01986), the sponsor and lead underwriter has submitted a public offering plan for Caike Technology to the Beijing Stock Exchange. The plan was approved by the Beijing Stock Exchange on May 25, 2026.

According to the public offering plan, 7.9748 million new shares of Caike Technology (approximately 12.54% of the issued share capital and 11.15% of the enlarged share capital) will be offered for sale at a price of RMB 30.28 per share through a combination of strategic placement and online public offering by the sponsor and lead underwriter, and the over-allotment option will not be exercised. The prospectus and issuance announcement have been uploaded to the Beijing Stock Exchange website on May 25, 2026. The results of the public offering are expected to be announced on or around June 1, 2026.

According to the public offering plan, 7.9748 million new shares of Caike Technology (accounting for 10% of the total number of new shares to be offered in the public offering) will be offered to several strategic investors through strategic placement. Among them, Mr. Liu Wei, Mr. Ren Quansheng, and Ms. Xu Yanxia, directors of Caike Technology, will subscribe for approximately 85,900 shares, 82,600 shares, and 79,300 shares of new Caike Technology shares, respectively, through a special asset management plan
