Breton Technology Co., Ltd. announced boardroom changes including the resignation of executive director and authorized representative Sun Kanghua for personal career reasons, and independent non-executive director and Audit Committee member Yim Chi Hung Henry, both of whom will remain in post until successors are approved at the upcoming annual general meeting.
