Two claimants allege that the group violated the entrusted loan agreement, with a total claim amount of approximately RMB 2.72 billion.

The group stated that the final amount of the claims will depend on the court's final judgment and is currently negotiating a settlement plan with the two claimants. The group will appoint legal advisors from the mainland to handle the relevant claims if necessary. (wh)
