According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 28th, Silver Grant International (00171) announced that it has received two civil lawsuits issued by the Intermediate People's Court of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. Two claimants allege that the group violated the entrusted loan agreement, with a total claim amount of approximately RMB 2.72 billion.

The group stated that the final amount of the claims will depend on the court's final judgment and is currently negotiating a settlement plan with the two claimants. The group will appoint legal advisors from the mainland to handle the relevant claims if necessary. (wh)
