CITIC Resources Holdings ( (HK:1205) ) has issued an update.

CITIC Resources Holdings has called a special general meeting in Hong Kong on 12 June 2026, immediately after its annual general meeting, to seek shareholder approval for a series of financial services agreements. These agreements cover deposit services provided to the group by CITIC Bank International, CITIC Finance International, CITIC Bank in the PRC and CITIC Finance PRC, all subject to specified annual caps detailed in a recent circular.

The resolutions, if passed, will formally confirm, ratify and approve these related-party financial arrangements, ensuring the group maintains structured access to deposit services across both Hong Kong and mainland China. Shareholders who wish to attend and vote must ensure their share transfers are registered by 4:30 p.m. on 8 June 2026, as the register of members will remain open for eligibility to participate in the meeting.
