The fund will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange tomorrow (29th), with a unit price of HKD 35.5511, and a minimum investment of 10 shares, approximately HKD 355.511. The fund adopts a full physical replication principle, aiming to closely track the London Gold Price AM (LBMA Gold Price AM). All related holdings are LBMA Good Delivery gold bars, and it does not involve investments in futures or other derivatives. The physical gold of the fund is stored in institutional-grade vaults in Hong Kong, with 100% insurance coverage. Through a strategic partnership with Standard Chartered Bank, the bank will also act as the custodian for the related physical gold and digital tokens, providing security, compliance, and operational assurance that meets international standards for both physical and on-chain assets. Leveraging a native blockchain architecture, the ownership of assets will have programmable, transparent, and divisible characteristics, enabling the possibility of near-instant settlement and 24/7 trading in the future.
